WHAT can be returned?

All products are returnable, excluding personalized printed candles and or made to order candles and melts, only if they are in unused brand-new condition. 'Change of mind' returns incur a 22% of the item value restocking and processing fee.

21 days from the receipt of goods.

HOW do customers return items?

Please send your order with a tracking number and a copy of this order summary to the following address. Once we have received your order and assessed and approved your application for return, an exchange, credit or refund can be arranged.

Items need to be in original packaging for returns yes.

Printed Candles/Items?

All printed candles or items have a no refund and no return, unless a printing mistake has occurred. As these items are personalized to customer request.
